How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for orders traveling to warm climates or during summer months to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
Are Max Brenner products kosher certified?

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
We offer a selection of dark chocolate products that do not contain dairy ingredients. However, all our products are manufactured in a facility that processes milk, nuts, and gluten.
What is the shelf life of your pralines and truffles?
To enjoy the peak flavor and texture, we recommend consuming our hand-crafted pralines within 4 weeks of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C (60-65°F).
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your chocolate's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
